Provision of services by Sentinel South is subject to a separate written Master Services Agreement between Sentinel South and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, contract, or commitment to provide services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sentinel South and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

The Sentinel South name, logo, and shield mark are trademarks of Sentinel South Inc. Use of these marks without express written permission is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Sentinel South does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sentinel South does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL SOUTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Service-related liability limits are governed by the terms of the Master Services Agreement with each client, not these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel South, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
